Scheduling, Season Dates, and What to Expect
When installation happens
Installs begin in October and run through early December. October dates fill first an October install does not mean October lights, since nothing has to be switched on until you’re ready in November. Booking early is simply how you get the date you want. A non-refundable 50 percent deposit reserves your spot on the calendar.
Electrical requirements
The Santa Package needs one working exterior outlet on a non-dedicated circuit within reach of the roof line. GFI outlets can trip in wet or freezing weather; if yours will not reset, that is a house electrical issue rather than a lighting fault. We’ll flag any outlet concerns during the design walk.
Service during the season
Our work is warranted for the season. Report any defect within 24 hours of installation and any outage as soon as you notice it, and we’ll schedule a service visit prioritized by severity and crew availability during peak weeks.
Takedown and storage
