- In-season service – All equipment and workmanship are warrantied during the season report any outage and we’ll service or replace it.

We provide them. Lights Around doesn’t sell lighting products — all lights, materials, and decorations are leased as part of the service, and all equipment remains our property. You never purchase, store, repair, or replace lights.

What's required to reserve my installation?
A non-refundable 50% deposit and an authorized signature on your proposal. If you pay in full, 50% is treated as the deposit. The balance is due the day before installation.

Do I need to be home during installation?
No — not for installation or removal. We will need any required entrance codes and parking passes.
What do I need to do before the crew arrives?
Provide working electrical outlets near the install areas, typically by the front door or garage, and make sure they aren’t on the same circuit as high-amp devices — we can’t repair or alter outlets. Finish any landscaping first; damage to lights caused by landscaping work is at the customer’s expense.
What if my lights stop working?
All equipment and workmanship are warrantied during the season. Notify us immediately and we’ll service or replace the affected lights. Requests are prioritized by severity and availability during peak season. Unreported outages aren’t covered, and defects must be reported within 24 hours of installation.
Are you insured, and are your installers trained?
Yes. Lights Around carries liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage. Crews are trained in ladder safety, roof access, anchoring, electrical best practices, and property protection.
Can you install on a historic home, or a tall or steep roof?
In many cases, yes. Every property is evaluated for safety first, and we routinely install on multi-story homes, large estates, commercial properties, churches, and HOA common areas. If an area is unsafe we’ll modify the design. Note that heavy wreaths and safety anchors may require penetration for safe mounting.
