Choose your colour
Warm White — the candlelight colour. Matches a standard warm roofline and flatters brick, stone and painted wood. Pick this if you want one colour and no decisions. Pure White — a clean, true white with no undertone. Pick this for a crisp, modern look. Cool White — bright, slightly blue, high contrast. Pick this if your roofline is already cool white. Ruby Red — traditional, and the classic candy-cane partner for white. Green — pairs with red for a full traditional display. Blue — winter-themed, and the usual choice for a Hanukkah or blue-and-white scheme.

Taller, wider or unusual columns
The standard wrap fits a column up to 8 feet tall and about 10 inches wide which covers most porch columns. Two-storey entry columns, wide brick piers and stone gate pillars are quoted to size, and we build the wrap to fit rather than stretching a standard one.

What it looks like with the rest of the house
Wrapped columns rarely stand alone. They are the middle layer of a display: the roofline lights draw the outline of the house, the pillars pull the light down toward the door, and ground lights and shrub lights finish the bottom edge.
Most of our pillar customers add a lit wreath on the door between the columns and a run of garland along the porch rail. If you want the pillars lit every night of the year rather than only in December, permanent lighting puts a controllable system on the house once and runs it for every holiday.

FAQs About Pillar Light Wraps Installation
Is $90 per day or for the season?
For the season. One price covers installation in November, service through December, takedown in January and storage until next year.
How many wraps do I need?
One per column. A typical front porch has two or four. Send a photo if you are not sure.
Will the lights damage my columns?
No. LEDs run cool, and we secure with clips rather than staples or nails on wood, vinyl, brick and stone alike.
What if a strand goes out in December?
Call us and we come out. In-season service is included, and it is the main reason people hire this out rather than buying lights.
How far ahead should I book?
Dates fill from early autumn, and the weeks before Thanksgiving go first. If you want the lights on for a specific date, book by late October.
Can you wrap gate or driveway pillars?
Yes. Those are usually wider and often far from power, so we quote them after seeing a photo or the site.
