Both. The City of Fairfax is an independent city inside the county with its own review board for historic properties, and we work in both — we just handle the paperwork differently depending on where you are.
Are you insured for roof work?
Yes, fully insured for work at height, and we’ll send a certificate of insurance before we start. On slate, standing seam and steep pitches we use fixings designed for the roof type — never staples, nails or anything that penetrates roofing material.
Do I need HOA approval for Christmas lights?
