Planning Tips: How Much Event Lighting Do You Need?
Measure the Run
Walk the path you want the lights to follow, from end to end, and add the distance back to your outlet. Round up to the next 25 ft.
Count Your Anchor Points
Trees, a house wall, a pergola or a tent frame can all hold lights. Where there’s a gap wider than about 50 ft, plan on a light post.
Pick One Main Look

Bistro string lights start at $500 for a 100-ft pack, light posts at $75 each and outdoor uplighting at $500. Halloween and cause awareness displays start at $900. Setup and takedown are included.
Yes. Our crew installs everything before your event and removes it afterward. You don’t need to lift a thing.
We bring freestanding 10-ft light posts. Plan on about one post for every 50 ft of lights.
Clear access to the space and a working outlet within 50 ft of where the lights start.

Yes. We light indoor and outdoor spaces. Tell us about the venue when you request a quote.
Bistro string lights can stay up to 90 days. If you want lights all year, ask about permanent patio lighting.
